With over fifteen years in the counseling field, I am dedicated to guiding individuals through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. My practice employs an approach that utilizes aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based methods such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) customized to fit each client's unique needs. I am committed to fostering a nurturing, safe, empathetic environment where clients can delve into their emotions and pursue transformative change. Outside of my professional work, I value time with my family, and enjoy cooking, traveling, and staying active.
