Anthony, who goes by “Tony,” is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M International University in 2021. He completed his internship at a Children's Advocacy Center serving children and adolescents. To meet those needs, he utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
His areas of focus and interest include trauma, survivors of childhood abuse, sexual abuse, anxiety, addiction, depression, and self-esteem. Outside of therapy, he loves spending quality time with his family, cooking, weight-lifting, reading, and gaming.
